Jerk BBQ Sauce is a wonderful combination of our traditional Jerk Seasoning paste and ripe Jamaican bananas which form the base of our tantalizingly tasty Jerk BBQ sauce. The banana lends a fruity sweetness which softens the fiery spice of the Jerk. Excellent as a marinade or for basting all your barbecue favourites.
INGREDIENTS: bananas, brown sugar, vinegar, soya bean oil, garlic powder, scallions, black pepper, salt, hot peppers, allspice, paprika, nutmeg, thyme.
